Everywhere we meet, Evis Sammoutis and I set up our sound workshop. Our work comes at the question of timbre, colour, expression and meaning from two angles-improvisation and experimentation with notation. Our sessions at Ithaca College in September 2016 have pushed the experimentation further, extending the violin with pre-paid phone cards, singing and breathing into the soundbox and across the strings, and of course, milk foamers! Listen here.
