After the excitement of Brahms Op 51 at Wilton’s last night, the Kreutzers spent the day recording Boulez and Haydn in Tring Parish Church. A glorious day, graced by Haydn’s ‘Lark’ Quartet Op 64 No 5.

 Here are outtakes of the  first movement and the Minuet and Trio-what better reason could there be for playing quartets?
